History

Carly & Cains Decorators , originally Robert Cains Decorators, was established in 1984 by Robert Cains. Rob was a fantastic, highly skilled and incredibly precise decorator who poured his heart and soul into his business – he lived to work and loved his vast amount of customers whom most became good friends.

Rob took me on as his apprentice in 2009 and I was luckily enough to be trained to his high level in all aspects of decorating.

Sadly, Rob passed away in 2014 through cancer, and having left the business to me, I have made sure to maintain the high standard he set from my first day onward.

I changed the business name to Carly & Cains Decorators in 2017 to combine our two names but also to keep his memory alive and quality workmanship I associate with his name.
